CBRE’s Birmingham move announced

An office to accommodate expansion 

Global property consulting firm, CBRE, have announced they are moving their Birmingham office, relocating to a larger space at Three Chamberlain Square, at Paradise Birmingham

The firm has taken a ten-year lease on 16,500 sq ft on the first floor of the building, joining EY at the 189,000, 10-storey tower. CBRE’s Birmingham move will see over 150 staff move in the new year, following a fit-out. 

Will Ventham, Managing Director of CBRE’s Birmingham office, said: “The Midlands region plays a key role across the wider CBRE UK business. Our new Birmingham office will provide a best in class home, not just for our growing local team but increasingly for the firm’s global network. Three Chamberlain Square is Birmingham’s most sustainable office building and, as such, meets CBRE’s commitment to decarbonise its operations by 2040.”
